Permanent GP - Beaudesert, Queensland

Beaudesert Medical Centre offers an opportunity for a permanent GP to practice from our established rooms in Beaudesert, to provide care for ongoing and new patients as a long-term colleague relocates.

An hour’s drive from Brisbane or the Gold Coast, we promote cradle-to-grave care for patients and families from newborns to local residential aged care. Established in the 1970s, our patients come from local families in agriculture, service industries, and commuters to Logan, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Opportunities may exist for Rural Generalist practice at the local Level III hospital, which provides emergency, inpatient, maternity and surgical services.

Our facilities and stable staff support a broad holistic scope of practice including office procedures, care planning, occupational health and more. Visiting consultants and allied health are onsite or nearby in the community and there is ample local pathology and imaging support.

We are an established and respected teaching practice from undergraduate level onwards, supporting successful learners from the University of Queensland, RACGP and ACRRM over many years and into the future.

Billing is a mix of private, Medicare bulk-bill, DVA and third-party sources. Full-time and part-time options may be negotiated.
